Welcome to our Fit Life Family!

After your initial personal training appointments, Fit Life Club is your family for workouts!

We know accountability is one of the main reasons you are hiring our coaches.

Our friendly, motivated group of fit lifers will provide the extra accountability you need! Accountability to have fun, set other times to meet up for a run, hike, or bike ride, and the friendly face you need at the end of a long day.

These groups allow you to workout at the most convenient time of day, save a little $, and have some camaraderie in your journey.

Choose any group during the week:

Mondays 11:00 – 11:45 AM Total Body (Virtual)
4:30 – 5:15 PM Upper and Cardio
5:30 – 6:15 PM Upper and Cardio
Tuesdays 4:00 – 4:45 PM Lower and Core
6:15 – 6:45 PM Lower and Core
Thursdays 3:15 – 4:30 PM Total Body
5:30 – 6:15 PM Total Body

Groups will rotate to focus on:
Leg Muscle Groups & Core; Upper Body Muscle Groups and Cardio; Full Body Circuit

*Aim to hit 1 of each for a balanced program
*Appointments are first come, first serve till the 4 slots are filled.
