COVID-19 Update

As of March 23, we are switching to virtual coaching for the time being. We will use Zoom as a platform to do video conferencing.

Personal training is available in 30 or 60 minute blocks with Julie at 11:00 every day Monday-Sunday.

Fit Life will be open to 8 participants in each group Monday -Friday at 5:00 pm.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday are home workout format with bodyweight and bands for equipment
Tuesday and Thursday will be heavier weights-for those with dumbbells and other free weight equipment
