ENERGIZE

Exercise that will Energize your day!

ENERGIZE! is seeking new participants for our morning classes. New series beginning January 23rd.

 

What is an ENERGIZE!  workout all about?

ENERGIZE! is a fitness camp designed for busy adults. Our 30 minute workouts are organized, intense, fast-paced, and total body. We leave no beginners behind, so come and let us teach you all you need to know. You will leave feeling energized from your hard work!

  • Total body circuit training that targets chest, back, abs, hips, and leg muscles
  • Conditioning plyometrics
  • Conditioning quick footwork drills
  • Resistance training with body weight, bands, medicine balls, dumbbells
  • Fast-paced
  • Safe and quality instruction for all fitness levels*

ENERGIZE is great for someone who…

  • wants a slim, toned physique
  • is new to resistance training
  • wants to get a good “burn” with higher reps and lighter resistance
  • is social in nature
  • enjoys having more autonomy and less of a “drill sergeant” approach

 

Schedule:   New Class Series!  Wednesdays at 6:45 am starting January 23rd.
Special new year addition = nutrition habit change guidelines will be given each week to keep you on track with healthy habits for the new year.

$80 for 4 classes.

*Certain health issues and injuries can make this class unsafe for the participant. The health screening done by your fitness coach will determine eligibility.
